Due to a change in personal circumstances, we are offering for sale 2018 Elan 35 Impression, with a fully-paid 12 month berth (worth 5,000 EUR) in a new Marina Polesana in Pula, Croatia!

This is an excellent opportunity to acquire a rarely available 9.99m sailboat in 3-double cabin configuration, for a maximum of 8 persons. Thanks to modern engineering and advanced ergonomics, Impression 35 has almost the same inside space and capacity as her bigger, 40ft sister, smartly fitted into a sub-10m body.

Registered under Croatian flag, Aurora has plenty of additional features (bow-thruster, webasto heating, solar panels, extra large water tank (460l), two refrigerators with a freezer, teak cockpit, TV, etc.). It has been kept in an excellent condition with regular maintenance and many improvements - new antifouling (April 2026), regular engine services (September 2026), new autopilot and webasto (2026), etc. Any inspection is welcome.

A classic full-batten mainsail and genoa were renewed in 2024, together with new sprayhood and bimini. At the end of each season the sails and tarps are thoroughly washed, dried and stored, and are therefore in pristine condition. A spare set of sails and tarps is available. Aurora is fitted with extra-large water tank (total 460l), two refrigerators, solar panels, and new batteries, ideal for long cruises and anchoring in secluded coves. A crew of 4 can spend entire week on anchor.

Bow-thruster, dual-helm wheels and 1.60 keel make her very maneuverable in shallow waters, tight marinas and ports. An extra large swimming platform provides additional space for swimming, sun bathing and socializing. And yet, the overall length of just 9,99 makes her very economical, both in terms of maintenance and marina costs.

Engine is regularly serviced and in excellent condition. Aurora's motoring speed is 6-7 kts, with average fuel consumption of only 2.5-3 ltr/hr. On sail, in 15-20 kts of wind, she makes up to 8.5 kts.
