Robalo Marine uses moulds that rotate on their own axis, allowing fibreglass to be spread better and avoiding the danger of the formation of air bubbles or greater thicknesses at the lowest point of the mould. The stratification, which is manual, allows the sheets of fiberglass to adhere perfectly to the curves of the mold; Coremax and Marine Core (in a kind of sandwich) are 15% lighter and 20% stronger than traditional materials; Reinforcements and wooden parts of the hull are completely resin-coated to form a single body and protect everything from infiltration. Finally, the gelcoat is particularly resistant to abrasion and external agents.
