The shipyard from Plymouth, England has once again proven with this stunning Princess V45 that they build world-class yachts. No matter where you are on this yacht, it exudes quality. Great materials and great solutions.

This Princess was built in 2010, where it has always sailed in the Nordic waters. Sold in Sweden from new. The boat is equipped with two Volvo Penta D6 engines of 370 hp, which have only run 1100 hours. This model has joystick steering, which makes harbour manoeuvring a little more calm and controlled.

Interior design for shelter
This boat has everything you need for both relaxation and fun. It offers two spacious cabins - the Owners Cabin with a double bed and the aft cabin with two single beds that can easily be converted into a large double bed. With two modern bathrooms, electric toilets and separate shower cubicles, space is never an issue.

The kitchen is well-equipped with three gas hobs, a microwave combi oven, fridge-freezer and ample cupboard space. The cosy sofa group and elegant high-gloss lacquered table can easily be transformed into a double bed - brand new mattresses are included if more than 4 people are staying on board.

Cockpit
The cockpit area is perfect for cosy moments with a large round seating area and table to accommodate friends or a large family. The combination of sink, grill and a spacious cooler makes it easy to have a party on the water! The three-speaker Fusion sound system, installed in 2022, sets the mood and the huge sunbed offers relaxation for up to three people. If you want to invite the sky inside, the boat is equipped with an electric sunroof.... 1 -2 - 3 and you can sail under the open sky.... Large bathing platform with easy access to the deck and cockpit.

Practical and well-equipped
The engine room is generously equipped with space for bicycles and tools, and with a generator you can always get power wherever you are. The electric garage under the sunbed is ideal for storing your inflatable boat. Remote anchor and bow thruster controls make manoeuvring easy. In addition, you get a large navigation package (almost new), oil burner with many outlets (also in the cockpit), power generator and much more.
