2022 Jeanneau 490, USD 395.000

Oh Brother is a professionally managed, privately owned 2022 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 490 that has never been chartered. Her current and original owners have used the boat privately, however her layout and features also make her a great candidate for one of the many charter companies here in the BVI. This could provide a buyer with income to offset the costs of ownership. The boat shows like new with very light use throughout. Designed by Philippe Briand, this 49-foot yacht combines sleek performance with modern cruising luxury. Below deck, she offers a four-cabin, four-head layout with teak finish and bright, airy spaces. Both forward cabins are identical in size, each featuring a large double berth, storage, and a private head, while the two aft cabins include double berths with en-suite heads and generous storage. The spacious saloon is complemented by a comfortable bench, a large dining table, and abundant storage. The U-shaped galley is well appointed and ideal for extended cruising or liveaboard comfort.

Above deck, the cockpit is designed for both performance and relaxation. Twin helm stations provide excellent visibility underway, while a large folding cockpit table makes entertaining effortless. Cushioned seating, a full bimini with connecting sprayhood, and a sun lounge forward of the companionway offer comfort at anchor or underway. GRP window “eyebrows” and high-transparency canvas allow light in while providing protection from the elements. Easy access to the fold-down swim platform and ladder ensures safe and convenient water access.

Equipped for autonomy and comfort with modern systems and electronics, Oh Brother has seen exceptionally light use and has been meticulously maintained. Oh Brother represents a rare opportunity to own a nearly new Jeanneau 490, ready for immediate cruising in comfort and style.
