First Owner | Skippered Charter Only | Excellent Condition
I am selling my Lagoon 46 directly as the first and only owner. I sailed her myself, so I know exactly how she was used and how she was treated — no surprises, no guesswork. The boat is available in mid sept, after the season.
The boat was used exclusively in private skippered charter under Active.cruises, skippered by Igor Stropnik and myself. She was never rented out to unaccompanied guests. Every season, she had a professional at the helm and was maintained accordingly.
SAFE BUY
After your own or a certified survey, if any damages are found, the price will be adjusted accordingly. I stand behind the condition of this boat.
CONDITION
She is in excellent condition. Interior and exterior are both in great shape. You may find a few minor cosmetic marks inside — the kind any well-loved cruising yacht picks up over the years — but there are no significant damages and nothing structural. Easily sorted.
In year one, I had the certified Lagoon structural reinforcement carried out. It has been done properly, from the start.
ENGINES & MAINTENANCE
The engines have approximately 2,300 hours and have been serviced regularly by the official dealer throughout her entire life. Propellers replaced every 2 years without exception. Everything done properly, on schedule.
COVID — TWO SEASONS SAVED
During the COVID-19 pandemic the boat was barely used, effectively saving two full seasons of wear on the hull, engines, and all systems.

*Electric winches (except code zero right)

*Underwater LED lighting
*Highfield tender 340 with Yamaha 25 hp outboard

We did not opt in for outside fridge, as it is super small and not useful. But we can install it, if needed.
ELECTRONICS
Complete B&G package with anchor display at the helm. Full Victron system (Scheiber as backup only) including Multiplus inverter 2 kW, Cerbo GX display with online access, battery shunt, and 800 W solar. Brand new solar panels purchased in 2026 — will be installed this year, so the new owner gets them fresh. The system is already prepared for LiFePO4 battery conversion. Currently fitted with brand new classic batteries.
OWNER UPGRADES
Over the years I made a number of comfort upgrades that anyone who sails regularly will appreciate — relocating the black tank controls to a more practical position, roping the mast lines to eliminate noise underway, and many other small but meaningful improvements that make daily sailing noticeably more comfortable. New teak table in the cockpit, larger than original. I also installed certified fire alarms and an online bilge alarm system, so the AC condensate no longer triggers unnecessary alerts for minor bilge runs. This is not a stock boat. It is a boat that has been lived in, sailed, and quietly improved by someone who cared about it.
EXTRA SAIL: Custom-made code zero sail + rigging. Unlike a classic code zero, this sail is built with reinforced material that performs well both upwind and at nearly downwind angles — making it far more versatile and durable than a standard code zero.
BASE & DELIVERY: The boat is based at Baotic Marina, Trogir. She can remain there or be transferred to another location. Worldwide delivery is not a problem.
VAT: EU VAT not paid.
