This Lagoon 42 stands out for its excellent overall condition and a usage history that sets it apart from many comparable boats currently available on the market. Since delivery, she has had only two owners, both of whom used the yacht primarily for private family cruising and maintained her to a high standard. Most of her sailing has consisted of seasonal cruises around the Balearic Islands, resulting in considerably less wear than typically expected for a vessel of her age.

Unlike many ex-charter catamarans, this Lagoon 42 has only completed a limited number of occasional charter weeks throughout her lifetime, always under the supervision of the same professional skipper. In addition, she remained largely inactive for two seasons during the pandemic period, further contributing to her remarkably well-preserved condition.

The sale includes a berth paid until January 2027 at Club Náutico de Comarruga, conveniently located on the Catalan coast just thirty minutes from Barcelona. There is also the possibility of extending the mooring agreement under particularly attractive terms.

This yacht is equipped with the highly desirable twin Yanmar 57 HP engines, the most powerful engine option available for the Lagoon 42 of this generation. Compared with the lower-powered alternatives, they provide a significant increase in thrust for manoeuvring, navigating in rougher sea conditions, and motoring against strong headwinds. Performance is further enhanced by recently installed Gori three-blade folding propellers, a premium upgrade highly regarded among experienced sailors. In addition to reducing drag while sailing, they improve overall efficiency and, thanks to the Gori Overdrive function, allow comfortable cruising speeds at lower engine RPM, reducing fuel consumption and engine noise.

Designed for extended cruising and comfortable onboard living, the yacht features reverse-cycle air conditioning throughout the saloon and all four cabins, ensuring comfort in both warm and cooler climates.

The tender is a Highfield 340 aluminium RIB in virtually new condition, powered by a brand-new Yamaha 15 HP four-stroke outboard. Its lightweight construction makes launching and recovery particularly easy, especially when combined with the practical single-line Beneteau davit system.

The energy system is equally impressive, featuring a 1,000 W solar installation mounted on a robust AISI 316 stainless-steel structure. This setup provides excellent autonomy at anchor, efficiently powering refrigeration systems and other essential onboard equipment while significantly reducing reliance on the generator. As an additional benefit, the structure also provides valuable shade for the tender when stored on the davits.
