The Blackwater Motor Yachts 36 Flybridge offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to four people in two cabins, making her an excellent choice for family cruising and extended stays aboard. The forward owner's cabin features a generous double berth, hanging locker and excellent storage, providing a comfortable and private retreat. The second cabin offers two single berths together with a large dressing area and additional storage, making it particularly versatile for guests or family. The spacious saloon is finished with attractive cream leather upholstery, creating a bright and welcoming living area for relaxing or entertaining. The saloon has an Intellian Satellite TV System. The well-appointed galley is generously sized and equipped with a three-burner gas cooker with oven and grill, microwave, 12V refrigerator and stainless-steel sink. Pressurised hot and cold water is supplied throughout, heated via the engine 30 litre calorifier or 240V immersion heater. The separate heads compartment features a marine toilet, wash basin and a 150-litre holding tank, providing convenience for extended cruising. The temperature is controlled by a Vetus Clima 10 Climate Control & Air Conditioning system which serves the forward cabin and living area. The smaller two-berth cabin is not served by the system, although a grille was fitted in the cabin; it was not ducted. As the system has not been used for some time, it would benefit from an inspection to check/verify functionality. Outside, the large aft cockpit provides an excellent additional living and entertaining space and benefits from a cockpit enclosure, allowing it to be enjoyed in a range of weather conditions. Engines have sterndrives to two fixed 3-bladed alluminium alloy propellers. Engines are supplied by one steel fuel tank holding 500 litres. To make handling easier, she has trim tabs and benefits from both bow and stern thrusters with a remote control. This Blackwater Motor Yachts 36 Flybridge will cruise at 18 knots and has a maximum speed, depending upon load and wave conditions, of up to 26 knots. The engines have been lightly used and often only to motor up and down the River Medway. They were last checked just prior to the boat coming ashore for the bellows to be changed. This motor yacht also benefits from a Vetus 6.5 KVA diesel generator that was last serviced in 2024.
