Unique Swede 47 (Reimers Jubilee 40) with teak and mahogany deck on plywood and mahogany interior.







Extra high mast (20 m) with main sail and self-tacking jib. New North 3Di Nordac main and self-tacking jib 2019, main and self-tacking jib (Gran Sail) in good condition, extra main sail (only used one season), code-1 sail (Gran sail in very good condition) and genacker with stocking in good condition.







Second owner since 7 years is reluctantly putting the boat on market due to move abroad. The first owner and boatbuilder for the first 24 years built the boat for himself, and it was put in water for the first time in 1990.







In the past years all halyards (incl. backstay) have been replaced with Dynema, professionally serviced engine (Yanmar) every year since new. Winter 2019/2020 bottom blasted and 6 layers with epoxy due to minor osmosis, engine out to replace the two rubber sealings of the Yanmar Engine. Work performed professionally by Rosättra boat yard. Same engine since new and lightly used every year (sail boat), sail drive with feathering two-blade propeller. Two 100Ah Lithium batteries and a separate starting battery for engine. Proper winterisation ashore each year, with mast off, stable winter storage cradle and full winter cover. Six full length beds (two in stern cabin), two in main saloon and two in aft cabin).
