This boat is ready to step on and sail away. She is the sought after owners version with a large owners suite forward.
The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 45 is a successful development of the previous models, the Sun Odyssey 45.1 and 45.2.
Designed by Phillip Briande the wider beam aft provides two very large, comfortable guest cabins which are ventilated by three opening hatches. The cockpit table is mounted on a GRP plinth and this has enabled the designer to fit an opening port at the aft end of the bed in each aft cabin to facilitate air circulation.
With her twin wheels, fractional rig, furling genoa, part fully battened main and lazy bag she is a pleasure to sail, easily handled by the present owner and his wife, yet equally at home with a crew of 6 people on board.
The designer shaped the cockpit sole in front of each helm enabling large wheels to be fitted and the cockpit combing has been designed aft of the wheels to provide a comfortable teak laid sitting position for the helmsman.
She is a fast family cruising yacht with luxury fittings in teak and with cream leather upholstery.
The present owners have made passages from Ibiza to Pula, Rovijn to Venice and have cruised the Croatian coastline and islands from Novigrad to Dubrovnik.
Always privately owned and in the current ownership since 2010 she has been maintained in immaculate condition and is competitively priced to sell.
