Very well-equipped 2003 Fairline Phantom 50 Flybridge, powered by twin Volvo Penta D12-675 diesel engines, producing 675 hp each and showing approximately 1,750 engine hours.
With an overall length of approximately 15.79 metres, the Phantom 50 offers an exceptionally spacious layout. In addition to the three main cabins, this yacht also features a separate aft/crew cabin, providing a total of four cabins.

During my ownership, the yacht has been used in fresh water, and considerable investment has been made over the past six years in technical maintenance and the renewal of important and expensive components.

The yacht is currently located in an indoor covered boathouse in Sneek, the Netherlands. The boathouse may also be available to rent for the new owner.

Seacocks renewed
All through-hull seacocks replaced in 2021
Fuel tanks cleaned
Propeller shafts professionally checked and balanced
Cutless bearings and shaft seals replaced approximately two years ago
Rudder bearings and rudder tube bushes replaced approximately five years ago
Intercoolers removed and professionally cleaned in 2021
Heat exchangers removed and professionally cleaned in 2021
Exhaust elbows inspected in 2021
Air-conditioning systems serviced/recharged
Various additional technical maintenance carried out
Underwater hull
In 2021, the complete underwater hull was stripped back to the gelcoat.
The hull was carefully inspected at that time and no osmosis was found.
The underwater hull was subsequently rebuilt with a new primer system and antifouling. Since then, antifouling has been renewed approximately every two years.
The antifouling is currently due for renewal and this can be discussed as part of the sale. The anodes can also be inspected and replaced where necessary at the same time.

Indoor boathouse in Sneek
The yacht is currently kept in an indoor covered boathouse in Sneek, the Netherlands.
Subject to availability and agreement, the new owner may also have the opportunity to rent the existing boathouse, allowing the yacht to remain at her current protected berth.

General
This is a very spacious and comprehensively equipped Fairline Phantom 50, with considerable investment made in technical maintenance and renewal during recent years.
Particular attention has been paid to the major and expensive technical components, including the cooling systems, propeller shafts, bearings, rudder system, seacocks, bow thruster, toilets and underwater hull.
Naturally, this is a yacht of more than 20 years of age and therefore normal signs of use and age are present. The focus during my ownership has been on maintaining the yacht technically and renewing important components where required.
Limited part exchange may be considered, for example an interesting car, classic car or boat.
