Compass 31 is a classic long-cooled motor sailer with mahogany wheelhouse and center cockpit.

In the boat there is a brand new 39 HK fresh water-cooled YANMAR diesel engine from 2020, which alone, or in combination with the sails, ensures propulsion - regardless of the weather. The boat's long keel, together with the rudder, provides good directional stability, and the boat is easily sailed by a single person.





There is a spacious U-shaped sofa with a table and a pantry with a sink, gas burner and a refrigerator with a compressor. The forward cabin accommodates two berths, and it is also at the front of the boat that you will find a bathroom with sink and toilet. From the cockpit there is a descent to the boat's aft cabin, where there are two more good berths. There is both cold and hot water on board as well as a diesel heater to ensure comfort.





The boat is also in the technical field in extremely nice and up-to-date condition - there are certainly no "loose ends" here!

Il Compass 31 è un classico motoveliero a prua allungata con timoneria in mogano e pozzetto centrale. A bordo c'è un nuovissimo motore diesel YANMAR da 39 CV raffreddato ad acqua dolce del 2020, che da solo, o in combinazione con le vele, garantisce la propulsione - indipendentemente dal tempo. La lunga chiglia dell'imbarcazione, insieme alla deriva, offre una buona stabilità direzionale, e la barca è facile da manovrare anche da una sola persona.







Il ponte in teak è stato successivamente realizzato da un cantiere nautico, è in "Burmateak", sufficientemente resistente e in ottime condizioni.





A poppa si trova un ampio divano a U con tavolo, oltre a una dispensa con lavello, fornello a gas e frigorifero a compressore. La cabina di prua offre due posti letto, e nella parte anteriore della barca si trova anche il bagno con lavandino e WC. Dal pozzetto si accede alla cabina di poppa, dove ci sono altri due comodi posti letto. A bordo c'è sia acqua calda che fredda, oltre a un riscaldamento a gasolio per garantire il massimo comfort.





Anche dal punto di vista tecnico, la barca è in condizioni eccellenti e aggiornate: non ci sono assolutamente \"punti deboli\".

Questa solida e ben tenuta barca a motore si trova a un’ora di macchina a sud del confine.
