This CN Marine Dixie 27 is an 8.27 m sailing yacht with a 2.82 m beam and 1.55 m draft. Its accommodation comprises one cabin, three berths and one head. The galley is fitted with a gas stove, working fridge and sink with manual pumps, while the freshwater tank holds 100 litres.

Propulsion is provided by a Yanmar YSB8G single-cylinder inboard diesel rated at 5.98 kW (8 HP), paired with a folding propeller.
