The boat was on the hard for three years before I purchased it in the spring of 2023. The previous owner sailed it from the US to the Mediterranean and left it in Greece. At the time of purchase, I had an extensive survey report completed and brought the boat up to date. All equipment and sails were professionally stored at the Lefkada marina by the previous owner, and my surveyor found the vessel to be in very good condition.
The boat is private and has never been chartered by myself nor the previous owner. It has low engine hours (1,350 hrs). Everything was updated to the surveyor's satisfaction, including the rig and running rigging. The rudders and rudder bearings are also in very good condition and the sails hasnt been used much considering her age.
The original Dacron sails are in very good condition, as we remove and store them for maintenance and repairs during the winter (October to June) while the boat is on the dry. The standing rigging is in good shape, and the boat is equipped with folding props.
Standing Rigging: inspected on 2023 and replaced turnbuckles precautionary
Running Rigging:
All lines replaced with new on 2023
Solar: installed by the previous owner sometime in 2022. I'm not sure of the brand, but it has been performing amazingly since I had the boat. I'm mostly on anchor running both refrigerators, lights, sound, and the washing machine all through the night to the batteries without any issues. But when making water we use the generator for safety.
Shock Lithium battery 200ah Age 2 years.
Batteries can stand the boat operation under dc and solar for all night.
Rudder is stock: In good condition, no problem till now.
All photos and videos are recent from last summer. Last year, I installed underwater lights and walk-around lighting. Everything on the boat is up to date and ready for the season.
While the survey report shows the old watermaker in poor condition, we replaced it last year with a powerful 220lt p/h unit. We also added a 220v converter for European marinas and a new €1,500 BBQ. Please note that VAT is not paid, and the boat is registered under a Marshall Islands company. There are no claims or outstanding debts on the vessel.
Every year, the boat goes on the hard in Lavrio marina for annual maintenance including servicing equipment and engines, replacing everything necessary, and applying annual antifouling.
