YACHT DESCRIPTION
The Beneteau Oceanis 411 is one of the most proven and successful cruising yachts in its class. It offers excellent interior volume, comfortable sailing characteristics and a practical layout for extended stays on board.
“DON EMILIO” has three separate cabins, two heads, a spacious saloon with dining area, a navigation table, galley and generous storage capacity. The yacht is suitable for a private owner, a family or a sailor looking for a spacious Mediterranean cruising yacht with good potential for improvement.
The interior features the typical Beneteau woodwork of this series. The current photographs show the yacht’s actual condition and the equipment presently on board.

The 2017 purchase agreement recorded approximately 1,400 engine hours at that time. This is historical information and does not represent the current engine-hour reading. The present meter reading must be checked during the viewing.
COCKPIT AND DECK
The Oceanis 411 has a spacious cockpit with a central helm position, large steering wheel, cockpit table, seating and direct access to the bathing platform.
A bathing ladder, sprayhood and large bimini or sun protection are present.
The yacht is equipped with a furling genoa and a mainsail with boom cover or lazy-bag system. The age, manufacturer and current condition of the sails are not documented by recent sailmaker invoices and should be inspected during the viewing.
The age and technical condition of the standing and running rigging are also not documented by a recent professional rig inspection. The mast and rigging have not been removed or inspected by an independent rigger as part of the present sales process.
KNOWN CONDITION OF THE TEAK DECK
The existing teak deck is worn due to age and must be removed or comprehensively renewed. This is not limited to a few minor local repairs.
After removal of the existing teak, the future owner may choose a new teak deck, a synthetic deck covering or a professionally applied non-slip deck coating.
In the opinion of Nautic-Mallorca, a professionally applied, low-maintenance non-slip deck finish would be a technically and economically sensible solution.
The known condition of the teak deck has been expressly taken into account when setting the reduced sale price.
ENGINE AND MAINTENANCE
The yacht is equipped with a 55 hp Volvo Penta diesel engine and shaft drive.
During recent years, maintenance, repairs and winter-service work were largely carried out by the owner. Consequently, there is no complete archive of workshop and service invoices.
Work on the underwater hull, winter maintenance and antifouling is partially documented by recent photographs. The photographs show the underwater hull, keel, rudder, shaft and propeller during the work.
A buyer is advised to have the engine and technical systems inspected by a qualified technician or marine surveyor before purchase.
DOCUMENTATION
Documents currently available include the manufacturer’s CE conformity documentation, the German International Certificate for Pleasure Craft or ADAC registration document, and the 2017 purchase agreement.
The current international certificate records the yacht name DON EMILIO, German flag, hull identification number FR-BEY76965E303, construction year 2003 and Volvo Penta engine. The available certificate was issued on 6 October 2025 and is valid until 5 October 2027.
Documents containing personal owner information are not published online. They may be inspected within a concrete and serious purchase process.
VAT STATUS
In the 2017 purchase agreement, the seller at that time confirmed in writing that customs duties and statutory VAT had been paid.

According to the information provided by the current owner, the yacht has remained in Spain for a long period. Its presence in Spain can be partially documented through available invoices and other records. These documents will be made available for inspection during a serious purchase process.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION REGARDING OSMOSIS AND DAMAGE
In the 2017 purchase agreement, the seller at that time stated that the yacht was free of osmosis at the time of sale and that, to the best of his knowledge, it had not suffered any accident or other hull damage.
This statement relates exclusively to the former seller’s knowledge and declaration in 2017. It is not a current technical warranty and does not replace a present-day inspection of the underwater hull or an independent marine survey.
VIEWING, SURVEY AND LIFT-OUT
The yacht can be viewed in Valencia by prior appointment.
Interested buyers may appoint an independent marine surveyor, engine technician, electrician, sailmaker or rigger at their own cost.
A lift-out for inspection of the underwater hull can also be organised at the buyer’s request. All related expenses are payable by the buyer. These include lifting and marina charges, surveyor’s fees, technical inspections, travel, accommodation and any other costs connected with the inspection.
SALE CONDITIONS
The special price is €70,000.
This offer is valid exclusively until 30 July 2026. The sale and the complete purchase transaction must be finalised by that date.
The yacht is offered as a used vessel in its present condition. It is not being sold as fully refitted, new or free from defects.
The condition of the teak deck, the maintenance history not fully supported by invoices, the current engine-hour reading still to be confirmed and the absence of separate official VAT evidence have been taken into account in the price.
A transferable berth is not included in the sale.
