The Yacht
This Nautor Swan 48 S Cruiser/Racer represents the second generation of the Swan 48 line — the Germán Frers-designed successor to the original 1970s Sparkman & Stephens Swan 48, and one of the most sought-after cruiser-racers Nautor ever built. Constructed in Pietarsaari, Finland, to Nautor's exacting standards, she combines a genuinely fast, seakindly hull with the kind of long-legged offshore comfort that has made the Swan 48 a benchmark of the breed for three decades.
She is a Swan 48 S Cruiser/Racer built to the full offshore specification: single-skin hand-laid glass/aramid hybrid laminate hull, epoxy-tarred and gelcoat-protected below the waterline, PVC foam-cored deck, and a cast lead fin keel. She is equipped with Navtec Series V hydraulics for backstay and vang, a 15/16 or masthead rig option with double lower and cap shrouds on Navtec rod rigging, and the load-bearing tie-rod bulkhead construction that is a Nautor hallmark.
