Swan 44 MK1 – progettato dal rinomato Germán Frers e costruito dal famosissimo cantiere Nautor, questo yacht è una barca a vela dalle prestazioni elevate e dalla bellezza senza tempo. Il suo scafo classico ed elegante unisce prestazioni e navigabilità, mentre le finestrature moderne completano il suo aspetto raffinato.
Lo yacht viene venduto da un proprietario di lunga data che se ne è preso cura in modo eccellente e non ha badato a spese per migliorarlo e mantenerlo. È stato utilizzato per crociere ed è stato ampiamente migliorato e aggiornato nel corso degli anni.
