This former fishing cutter, which has been converted into a houseboat (house cutter), is a former commercial vessel. It has passed the CVO inspection. These vessels are known for their rugged, seagoing appearance. At over 21 meters, this boat offers plenty of space. It has been inhabited for 22 years. Ready to sail, though some maintenance is overdue. Aluminum wheelhouse. Mooring permit valid through April 2027. In consultation with the harbor authority, this mooring permit may be extended.
