Well maintained Danish Rose 31 in sail version, a beautiful design by the famous designer Martin Bekebrede. It is a well built and ketch rigged ship. The current owner has owned the boat for 20 years and wants to sell it due to age. The boat is now on the shore under a custom made tarpaulin in Koudum. Hull shape: red color piping on hull

Berths: 2x in the tip, 2x on the benches and 1x in the dog cage.
Cooker & fuel: on paraffin oil, has been recently overhauled
Engine, electrics, water
Water system: foot pump
Other: The engine was overhauled at Postma in Balk in 2012. The gearbox was replaced in 2023.



Equipment
Boat cover: custom-made
Other: The underwater hull was completely sandblasted in 2018 and looks very clean. Points of interest are the chain locker and gas bunker. The cockpit edges and the edge of the cabin were renewed in 2018. The cabin interior has leak marks from the past.
