BAVARIA 370 WITH THREE CABINS, TWO HEADS AND ENGINE REFURBISHMENT IN 2025.







Bavaria 370 “Alsie” from 1992 is a spacious family sailing yacht with a practical layout and ample room for holidays and weekend cruising. Three cabins and six berths provide accommodation for family or guests. Her draught of 1.50 metres offers good access to Danish harbours and anchorages.







The cockpit provides space for both sailing and relaxing in harbour. A sprayhood and cockpit enclosure from 2019 offer shelter and extend the use of the cockpit in changeable weather. The yacht is equipped with an Elvstrøm furling mainsail and furling genoa from 2006, together with a headsail furling system from 2014.







Below deck, the spacious saloon offers comfortable seating around the table. Headroom is approximately 1.90 metres, and the layout with three cabins and two heads is well suited to extended stays aboard. The galley is equipped with a gas hob and oven from 2017, a compressor-cooled icebox and hot and cold pressurised water.







Navigation equipment includes Autohelm speed, depth and wind instruments from 2012, together with a Raytheon autopilot.







Alsie is powered by a freshwater-cooled Volvo Penta diesel engine producing 43 hp, with saildrive and a three-bladed folding propeller. The engine has recorded at least 3,200 hours. In 2025, it was removed from the yacht for refurbishment, replacement of components, cleaning and painting. The turbocharger and injectors were refurbished, and the saildrive diaphragm was replaced. An invoice from Søholm Marine detailing the work is available.







The yacht has a 130-litre fuel tank, a 390-litre freshwater tank and a 90-litre holding tank.

Il Bavaria 370 «Alsie» del 1992 è una spaziosa barca a vela per famiglie con una disposizione pratica e tanto spazio sia per le vacanze che per le gite del fine settimana. Con tre cabine e sei posti letto, c’è spazio a bordo per la famiglia o per gli ospiti. Il pescaggio di 1,50 metri offre ottime possibilità di visitare i porti e gli ancoraggi danesi.



Il pozzetto è perfetto sia per navigare che per stare in porto. Lo sprayhood e il tendalino del pozzetto del 2019 offrono riparo e permettono di usare il pozzetto anche con il tempo variabile. La barca è dotata di randa avvolgibile e genoa avvolgibile Elvstrøm del 2006, oltre che di strallo avvolgibile del 2014.



A riparo dal vento c’è un salone spazioso dove stare in compagnia attorno al tavolo. L’altezza libera è di circa 1,90 metri e la disposizione, con tre cabine e due bagni, è perfetta per soggiorni più lunghi a bordo. La cucina è dotata di fornello a gas con forno del 2017, frigorifero a compressore e acqua corrente calda e fredda.



L’attrezzatura di navigazione comprende un log Autohelm, un ecoscandaglio e un anemometro del 2012, oltre a un autopilota Raytheon.



Alsie è alimentata da un motore diesel Volvo Penta da 43 hk raffreddato ad acqua dolce, con trasmissione a vela e elica pieghevole a tre pale. Il motore ha totalizzato almeno 3.200 ore di funzionamento. Nel 2025 è stato smontato dall’imbarcazione in occasione di lavori di ristrutturazione, sostituzione di parti, pulizia e verniciatura. Il turbo e gli ugelli sono stati revisionati e la membrana del sistema di trasmissione a vela è stata sostituita. È disponibile la fattura di Søholm Marine con la descrizione dei lavori effettuati.



L’imbarcazione ha un serbatoio carburante da 130 litri, un serbatoio acqua da 390 litri e un serbatoio di scarico da 90 litri.
