Alfastreet Yachts 28 Cabin offers two berths, a shower room and a 430 hp Volvo Penta V8 inboard. This 2024 demo day cruiser is available now.

The cabin is arranged with two single beds that convert into a double, teak-veneered flooring, wooden window frames and indirect LED lighting, plus tinted side windows of which two open. A sliding door separates the sleeping area from the head with washbasin, shower and an electric toilet with vacuum pump. Grey and black water tanks hold 60 l each and a 15 l calorifier supplies hot water. Further equipment includes a Raymarine Axiom 9 with DTS, 220 V shore power, a 30 l drawer fridge and a Lewmar windlass with an 11 kg anchor and 25 m of chain.

With a beam of 2.99 m, a draft of 0.75 m and a weight of 4300 kg, the boat carries CE design category B for up to 12 people. Deck, cockpit and stern are laid with Permateek, the helm and co-pilot seats adjust for height and reach, and the teak/HPL table folds away and adjusts in height. Doors on both sides give access to the cockpit, a hatch in the tinted, stainless-framed windscreen leads to the foredeck, and the bathing platform aft carries synthetic teak, a folding ladder and a shower.

This demo unit is available immediately. The petrol Volvo Penta V8-430 CE EVC EC DPS is complemented by electric automatic trim tabs and a 2.2 kW Lewmar bow thruster with a single joystick. Fuel capacity is 400 l and fresh water 117 l, the engine hatch is raised electrically, and the electrical installation comprises a 95 Ah starter battery, a 200 Ah service battery, a 12 V distribution panel, manual and automatic bilge pumps and an automatic fire extinguishing system in the engine compartment.
