For sale is my 1997 Elan 36, registered under Croatian flag and EU VAT paid.
This is a private owner’s yacht, not an ex-charter clearance boat. She has been prepared and used as a real cruising boat, including sea passage experience, and is offered as a ready-to-sail package with new sails, additional racing sails, safety equipment, tools and useful cruising spares onboard.
The boat is aimed at a buyer who wants a solid, privately used 36-foot cruiser with clear VAT status and real cruising equipment, not a stripped charter boat that still needs a season of upgrades before serious use.
