The Ferretti Altura 840 is constructed with a GRP hull, displacing 75 tonnes when fully loaded. Boarding is facilitated by a Besenzoni electro-hydraulic passarella with remote controls. The main deck presents an open-plan saloon that connects directly to the pilot house. This living area utilizes panoramic windows facing four directions to provide substantial natural light. A partially separated dining area and a main-deck galley complete the primary interior layout. The galley is fully equipped for extended use, featuring a Bosch combination microwave/convection oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a GE refrigerator and freezer unit. Side-deck doors are integrated into the design to allow efficient crew movement and line handling.

Below deck, the vessel accommodates up to eight guests across four en-suite cabins. The full-beam master suite is positioned aft and includes a transom window. Guest accommodations also include a forward VIP double cabin and two twin cabins. Dedicated crew quarters for four individuals are located forward of the engine room and divided across two cabins. The exterior features full teak decking across all walking surfaces.
