This 1984 Beneteau First 35, designed by Jean Berret and built by the renowned French shipyard Beneteau, is a classic sailing yacht that convincingly combines performance and comfort. The sail wardrobe is complete and includes, among others, a De Vries mainsail and genoa (2005), supplemented by a storm jib, spinnaker, and gennaker.

In 1999, the underwater hull was preventively treated with epoxy against osmosis. The vessel is structurally maintained and is on shore every two years; the last antifouling was applied in 2024. In addition, the vessel was recently inspected by a recognized expert. The corresponding inspection report is available and can be viewed on board during a viewing.

Given the age of the ship, it should be taken into account that some parts may require attention or replacement in the long term. However, this is in line with what can be expected from a ship of this construction period.
