2002 Smelne Vlet 1000 WD, Reserveret

This special design Smelne Vlet 1000-WD combines the character of an open-cockpit vlet with a surprisingly spacious and cleverly laid-out interior. At first glance, it looks like a familiar open-cockpit version, but appearances are deceiving: an aft cabin with extra sleeping space and storage has been created under the aft deck. This ensures that the aft deck, gangways, and foredeck are virtually on one level and flow seamlessly into one another, a feature that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also exceptionally practical to use.

This Smelne Vlet is easily accessible all around via the side openings with low freeboards and the bathing platform. The continuous deck line and solid stainless steel railing ensure a safe and comfortable feeling when moving on board, as well as while sailing and mooring.

The spacious aft deck is equipped with a midship steering position and offers plenty of freedom of movement. In addition, there is generous storage space for deck equipment, and both the aft entrance and the side entrance (via the port gangway) provide access to the interior.

Inside, you will find a warm and atmospheric interior finished in classic nautical teak. The saloon is practically and comfortably furnished with an L-shaped sofa, a passenger bench with a chart table, and a clear inside steering position. Adjoining this is the open galley, where you can easily prepare a good meal during longer stays on board.

Opposite the galley lies the centrally located sanitary room, thoughtfully laid out with an electric toilet, washbasin, and shower. In the bow is the comfortable owner's cabin with a freestanding double bed and ample storage space.

The big surprise of this Smelne Vlet, however, lies beneath the aft deck: the cleverly integrated aft cabin. You reach this extra sleeping area, equipped with a double bed and wardrobe space, via a subtly concealed passageway in the saloon sofa. Thanks to the transom hatch, pleasant daylight streams in.

On board, optimal use has been made of the available space, with a strong focus on practical storage options and comfort.

Furthermore, this Smelne Vlet is equipped with; a bow thruster and stern jet thruster with remote control, solar panels with charge controller, battery charger, heating, boiler, shower facilities, Clipper Battery Monitor BM-1, Truma electronic gas shut-off valve, stainless steel fender baskets for six fenders, and a double hatch in the forward cabin roof.
