Formula's flagship model for several years, a Formula 41 PC – 2000 with 2 Volvo Penta TAMD 74 EDC of 480hp each, straight axles.
It offers a well-maintained Formula 41 Performance Cruiser in good condition – a model that combines comfort, performance, volume and safe seas in an exemplary way. Current owner since 2016 and continuously managed shipyard with annual service. Classic American quality with upgraded technology and powerful, reliable TAMD74 EDC engines from Volvo Penta.
Under the large hydraulic engine hatch for easy access are the twin diesels with around 1,300 running hours – a proven and powerful installation that provides both comfortable cruising speed and plenty of torque when needed. Cruising speed of just over 22-24 knots and a top speed of about 30 knots.
The boat has been modernized with, among other things:
4 x 100Ah lithium batteries for consumption Rebuilt electrical system with new powerful battery charger Generator Bow thruster (front and rear) Windlass (front and rear) Diesel heater with efficient dispersion also under the canopy Newer cushions and canopy in cockpit. Garmin 5012 plotter Sonar VHF Autopilot Radar is installed and works technically, but the display has moisture ingress and low resolution. Recommended to be upgraded for full functionality. Hydraulic passarell/crane to easily lift a dinghy onto the swimming platform which is then neatly hidden away in a dedicated compartment on the transom
