Zum Verkauf steht eine X-Yacht 4.0, Baunummer 49, Baujahr 2022, in der besonders gefragten 2-Kabinen-Eignerversion. Das Boot wurde von uns mit großer Sorgfalt und mit außergewöhnlich umfangreicher Sonderausstattung bestellt und befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand.

Diese Yacht hebt sich deutlich von vielen anderen angebotenen X 4.0 ab - nicht nur durch das junge Baujahr, sondern vor allem durch die hochwertige Eigner-Konfiguration, das komplette Teakdeck, elektronische Schaltung/Gashebel von ZF und zahlreiche weitere technische Extras sowie ihre insgesamt hochwertige Spezifikation.

Die Yacht wurde ausschließlich von dem Eignerpaar rein tourenmäßig genutzt – keine Regatten, kein Charter. Sie ist werftgepflegt, wurde laufend professionell gewartet und instand gehalten, die Maschine ist scheckheftgewartet, und das Boot hat ausschließlich im Hallenwinterlager überwintert.

For sale is an X-Yacht 4.0, hull number 49, built in 2022, in the particularly sought-after 2-cabin owner’s version. The boat was ordered by us with great care and with an exceptionally extensive list of optional equipment, and it is in very well-maintained condition.

This yacht clearly stands out from many other X-Yacht 4.0s on the market – not only because of its recent build year, but above all due to the high-quality owner’s configuration, the complete teak deck, the electronic shift/throttle controls from ZF, and numerous additional technical extras, as well as its overall high-end specification.

The yacht has been used exclusively for cruising by the owner couple – no racing and no charter use. It has been yard maintained, continuously professionally serviced and cared for, the engine has a full service history, and the boat has always been stored in an indoor winter storage hall.
