DESCRIPTION
A rare opportunity to acquire a Wasa 530 with one owner from new, an extensive maintenance history and unusually comprehensive documentation.
The Wasa 530 is a substantial Swedish offshore cruising yacht, designed for long passages and extended stays on board. She combines a long waterline, deep fin keel, substantial lead ballast and a well-proven offshore layout with a spacious and comfortable interior.
This yacht is build number 4 of only 7 Wasa 530s built.
She has been carefully maintained throughout her ownership, including regular servicing, upgrades and indoor winter storage at Vindö Marin in Sweden. Until the 2025/2026 winter season, the yacht was stored annually indoors in a heated storage facility at Vindö Marin.

CONDITION & DOCUMENTATION
The yacht is being sold on behalf of an estate. Considerable work has therefore been carried out in connection with the sale to inspect, document and prepare the yacht.
Asker Marineservice has carried out engine servicing and extensive preparation, including thorough interior and exterior cleaning, cleaning and treatment of the teak, and complete polishing above and below the rubbing strake.
The rig has been inspected by Southern Cross in 2026, and an independent marine survey has been completed.
Together with the yacht's documented maintenance history, this provides the prospective buyer with a clear and well-documented basis for assessing the yacht's present condition and potential future expenditure.

ACCOMMODATION & INTERIOR
The Wasa 530 offers a spacious and practical interior designed for comfortable long-term cruising, with four cabins and eight berths.
The large aft owner's cabin extends across the full beam and features a double berth and a private en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower.
Forward are two separate cabins, one to port and one to starboard, each with two single berths in bunk configuration. The forepeak provides a further separate double cabin.
There is generous storage throughout the accommodation.
The saloon is particularly spacious, with a large seating area and dining table, two separate armchairs, a bar cabinet with ice maker, TV and Fusion sound system.
The navigation station is well protected and equipped with a PC-based charting system and navigation instruments.
The interior is finished in solid teak with high-gloss varnished woodwork and teak flooring.
The yacht has two heads, both fitted with Blakes Taylor marine toilets. The aft heads also incorporates a combined washer/dryer.
