The Swiss Cat 55 is a high-performance cruising catamaran conceived by renowned naval architects François Perus and Romain Scolari (Yacht Design Collective), in collaboration with Marco Amadio, Christian Paulish. Every line of her hull has been drawn with one goal in mind: a perfect balance of speed, safety and ease of handling, even in demanding offshore conditions.

Design & Performance
With her powerful, modern silhouette — sharply raked bows, a low chine and a low hard-top — the Swiss Cat 55 is instantly recognisable and unmistakably Italian in her craftsmanship. Retractable daggerboards deliver upwind performance closer to that of a fast monohull while allowing access to shallow anchorages, and the carbon mast, synthetic standing rigging and carbon reinforcements in all high-load areas keep weight low and centred for exceptional stability underway. The sail plan — self-tacking jib, 110% genoa and gennaker, together totalling over 100 sqm upwind and up to 160 sqm downwind — is fully manageable by electric winches, making the yacht ideally suited to shorthanded sailing by a couple or small crew.
