Construction and seakeeping
GRP hull, 15.73 m overall with a 4.77 m beam, 2.28 m draft and 14,935 kg displacement: the volume and inertia of a genuine bluewater boat. Decks and cockpit are teak-laid. The sail plan relies on a North Sails wardrobe with a battened in-mast mainsail and Dyneema genoa, plus a gennaker on a furler, a staysail on a removable forestay, a bowsprit and spinnaker rigging. Mainsail track and car, backstay, halyard turning blocks and winch handles complete the deck gear. Copper Coat antifouling applied in 2022.
Power and range
The 110 hp YANMAR 4JH4 TE, a 4-cylinder diesel on shaft drive, shows 1,600 hours. She cruises at 7 knots burning 7 l/h, with 11 knots top speed. With 480 litres of fuel, 720 litres of water, an ONAN 6 kVA generator (450 h), two 305 W solar panels and 12V, 24V and 220V circuits, autonomy matches the most ambitious itineraries. Below decks: 2 cabins, 6 berths, 8 people aboard, a fully fitted galley, hot water and a laundry.
