Sails & rig:
Full-batten mainsail, Furling genoas I and II in good cruising condition. Wrap-around storm jib as new, only tested. All sails regularly serviced by Lundhs sailmakers
Standing rig renewed 2015, inspected by professional riggers 2023.

Hull & deck
GRP hull, freeboards and deck well rubbed and waxed 2026, looks very good
Teak deck new 2015, in superb condition
UW body stripped and epoxy coated 2023

Engine & el
Yanmar 4-cyl 50 hp with unknown hours but professionally served and runs perfect and smokeless. Lots of spare parts avaiable. 200 Ah house batteries (lead) and a separate starter battery.
Webasto heater and heating by shore power, both to water radiator system
Shore power insulating transformer, fuse box and battery charger. 230 V AC outlet in galley and cabins.

Fuel and fresh water
Fuel 95 liters, engine burns 5 l/hour at cruising speed 6 knots
Fresh water 150 liters + spare tank 60 liters. Electrical AND manual pumps in galley.

Two double bed cabins aft, port side with ensuite head. Stbd head changed into large storage, but can easily be restored to head.

Boat on land in Sweden from October 12. Winter conservation made, marina paid until May
