My Maryland 37 is a sought-after and rare model on the market:

Notably in 2019-2020: reconditioning of the 2 engines by the official Yanmar agent.
In December 2022, for safety reasons:

• the 2 propeller shafts were replaced (one was slightly corroded),
• the 2 hydrolube rings were replaced with new ones,
• the propellers were rebalanced,
• the engine silent-blocks were replaced,

During a sea trial with the mechanic, the maximum speed was recorded at 19 knots, with no overheating and no vibrations.
For reference, the ideal cruising speed is around 10/12 knots.
Antifouling and anode replacement is done every year.

It is perfectly equipped for cruising. Solar panels on the Bimini since 2022.

Il mio Maryland 37 è un modello raro e ricercato sul mercato:

da segnalare nel 2019-2020: ricondizionamento dei 2 motori da parte dell'agente ufficiale Yanmar.
Nel dicembre 2022 sostituzione per sicurezza:

• i 2 alberi delle eliche (uno era leggermente corroso),
• le 2 boccole dell'idrolubo sono state sostituite con altre nuove,
• le eliche sono state riequilibrate,
• sono stati sostituiti i silent-block dei due motori,

Durante una prova in mare con il meccanico, la velocità massima è stata registrata a 19 nodi, senza segni di riscaldamento o vibrazioni.
Come promemoria, la velocità di crociera ideale è di circa 10/12 nodi.
L'antivegetativa e gli anodi vengono sostituiti ogni anno.

È perfettamente equipaggiata per la crociera. Pannelli solari sul Bimini dal 2022.
