2007 Custom Dutch Motor Yacht, EUR 390.000,-

The yacht - M.Y. Orizzonte - is an elegantly deigned gentleman’s cruiser, an 88’ yacht by Werner Yachts Design built in Holland in 2007 by Willemsen Interieurbouw Shipyard. Although noted as a 'custom' there are a number of sisterships designed by Werner of varying sizes.
This treasure enjoyed a pampered life, having only two passionate owners, cruising Dutch and Mediterranean waters.
Whilst in her berth in a port in Italy, she broke free in a storm and was pushed into the corner of the harbour. Here she took on water which caused her to sit in the shallow water on the bottom. As the water was not deep at this place, the water entering came just part the way up her hull sides(photo shown).
Due to this, and the subsequent impact on the interior, the yacht was completely stripped internally leaving her bare steel hull and aluminium decks ready to be refitted.
Any check is welcome and the yacht is lying on the hard stand area of our shipyard in Genoa Italy.
Some equipment still exists which will assist with refitting, depending on the intended plan. For the most part, the hull and deck are in order.
Her original designer – Werner Yacht Design - is available to consult to make a new design layout or the same again that existed. Alternatively, a buyer might choose to create their own interior built on her proven, and Lloyds Register certified, hull.
Her design lines are eye-catching and brought attention for her beauty where ever she sailed(photo shown). These lines still exist and along with an ocean going hull, can be brought back to her previous splendour.
The yacht will be delivered launched. We are available to help as required in delivery and, if requested, will include moving the yacht to a designated ship in the port of Genoa for loading.
