I bought my Cranchi 50 Mediterranean a few years ago and I'm very, very satisfied with it. It has always brought me joy, whether sailing or at anchor. With its Open configuration, we are always well ventilated in the summer and in the piloting position, I can see well ahead very easily. With its three double cabins, spacious and comfortable cockpit, and annex garage, it perfectly meets my family's usage expectations during the summer season and throughout the year on weekends.

I have always had the mechanical maintenance done regularly to have no trouble at sea with the family. Recently, the heat exchangers were removed and cleaned, the exhaust manifolds refurbished, and that's not all: the cockpit and the bow passages have been fitted with synthetic teak (no maintenance required). The annex garage can accommodate an annex of 3.5 m. I am changing my Mediterranean 50 for a slightly larger Open. You always want more when you've tasted the joys of Open sailing. Ho comprato il mio Cranchi 50 Mediterranee qualche anno fa e ne sono davvero molto soddisfatto. Mi ha sempre dato grandi soddisfazioni, sia in navigazione che all’ancora. Grazie alla sua configurazione Open, d’estate siamo sempre ben ventilati e dalla postazione di comando riesco a vedere bene in avanti senza problemi. Con le sue 3 cabine doppie, il pozzetto ampio e confortevole e il garage per il gommone, soddisfa perfettamente le mie esigenze per l’uso in famiglia durante la stagione estiva e nei fine settimana durante tutto l’anno.
Ho sempre fatto eseguire regolarmente la manutenzione meccanica per non avere alcun problema in mare con la famiglia. Di recente sono stati smontati e puliti gli scambiatori di calore, i collettori di scarico sono stati rifatti a nuovo, e non è tutto: il pozzetto e i passaggi di prua sono stati rivestiti con teak sintetico (non serve più alcuna manutenzione). Il garage per il tender può ospitare un tender di 3,5 m. Sto sostituendo il mio Méditerranée 50 con un Open un po’ più grande.
