LaMare Apart M offers a fitted kitchen, WiFi-controlled heating and a Yamaha 9.9 High Thrust outboard in a pre-owned houseboat built in 2021.

The domestic installation runs on 230 V with interior and exterior LED lighting, six sockets and a shore power connection with a 15 m cable. Energy supply is backed by two 270 W photovoltaic panels, a 2400 W inverter and 2x240 Ah batteries. Gas and electric heating is controlled over WiFi, insulation is 5 cm thick, and the fresh water and waste tanks are fitted with level sensors. A one-key system serves both the front and rear doors.

The hull measures 9.30 m by 3.60 m and carries CE category B for four people, with one cabin on board and immediate availability. Interior fittings include a galley with a cooking hob, fridge and sink, and a bathroom finished in premium HPL panels. Panoramic anthracite windows and doors are complemented by four round portholes.

On deck, the terrace is laid with Scandinavian decking and fitted with stainless steel railings, cleats and a bathing ladder. Two 15 m mooring lines are supplied, and a separate locker houses the gas bottle.

Propulsion comes from a single petrol Yamaha 9.9 High Thrust outboard rated at 9.9 hp, controlled from a steering console with a wheel. A 65 Ah starter battery and a 70 l fuel tank belong to the same package, alongside a reversing camera, navigation lights and a horn.

LaMare is a Polish builder of floating homes, and this Apart M was built in 2021.
