23 meter motor yacht for sale.

The boat was refitted till 2022, but was not finished.
A lot of major work was done, some other works need to be completed

New 10mm teak decks on entire yacht, main deck and fly bridge.
New stainless steel railings and bulwark on entire ship.
New awlcraft paint job on entire ship.
Restoration and refit of saloon with new parquet floors and new ceiling as well as all timber sanded and re varnished.
Saloon wa refitted
New grey water pumps and Macerator pump.
New main water lines. New main fuel lines. New 24 volt switchboard. New battery charger.
Entire bilge area cleaned and painted.
Engines in great condition with only 4000 hours on 3 x Detroit diesel engines.
Engines have been serviced with new oil and new injectors.
Anchor winches reconditioned.
New gauges and control boards on engines.
New stainless steel swim platform.
New sea water valves and bulkheads and much more.
The ship is a teak plywood superstructure with mahogany hull and is in very good condition. Entire main deck and fly bridge deck was fiberglassed and sealed before new teak decks. No expense was spared on the reconstruction with all high class materials used.

This is a great ship with a lot of potential.
Owner planned to finish this ship and turn it into a great charter vessel.
