ℹ️ The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 42 DS is a highly regarded deck-saloon cruising yacht, combining comfortable sailing performance with an exceptionally spacious and light-filled interior. Designed with extended cruising in mind, she offers the accommodation, storage and onboard systems required for Mediterranean cruising, longer passages and extended periods aboard.

This 2008 example is now berthed in Castellón, Spain, having sailed from Tunisia to Spain at the beginning of 2026.

A major feature of the 42 DS is the sheer amount of interior space. The raised deck-saloon creates a vast, bright and comfortable lounge area, with generous seating and a removable central table. The interior has been kept in very good condition, including the flooring with no significant wear, giving the accommodation a particularly well-preserved feel.

The accommodation is particularly impressive, with two spacious private double cabins. The large aft owner’s cabin has its own WC and shower, while the comfortable forward cabin also benefits from its own private shower and toilet, making the yacht particularly well suited to couples, families and extended stays aboard.
