Engine overhauled; new fuel line and a high-quality water separator/filter installed. The fuel tank was removed and thoroughly cleaned.

The backstay adjustment system has been modified to allow for manual tensioning without a winch, while preserving the original appearance through the use of a halyard stopper—a new unit, but of the same model as the one from 1984.

Propeller shaft replaced with a new one.
In July 2026, the portholes on the superstructure were removed and re-bonded. They won't leak for the next 40 years.
