High-Quality Aluminum Technology & Dual Locker Unlike standard concrete versions, this model is placed on a seawater-resistant aluminum catamaran base. This reduces the weight to only about 14 tons, with a minimum draft of 50 to 60 centimeters. The hulls are also equipped with a smart "dual locker" system: two integrated, waterproof storage lockers in the floats for additional technology or storage.
Stormproof Docking System: Stable as a House The houseboat is connected to the pier with a fixed, double mechanical mooring system (docking system). This robust construction with vertical guidance flawlessly handles water level differences and ensures an extremely stable, quiet position. This eliminates flapping mooring lines and squeaking fenders for good.
