Hallberg-Rassy, 352, Scandinavia model, 1986 Hull number 516.
A proven long-distance cruiser with centre cockpit. Previous owner invested 70000€ in this yacht the years between 2018-2021. Present owners have during the last five years spent more than 15000 € in continuous upgrading of the yacht, such as new radar, windlass, sprayhood + cockpit tent, new upholstery of cushions, Air-head toilet, new guardrails, complete renewal of running rig, removal of old antifouling, full documentation is available.

Hull

The hull is in very good condition.
• A completely new teak deck (deck, cabin tops and cockpit) was installed by ST Teakservice, Sweden in 2019. Underlying deck was checked and minor repairs was carried out.
• New windlass 2022, Lewmar Vi-6 with 40 m chain, operated locally or by remote control, share battery with bow thruster. CQR-anchor 20 kg.
• In 2022, the underwater hull was completely cleared from old antifouling and treated with 7 coats of Gelshield together with approved antifouling paint, according with Swedish environmental regulations for the Baltic. Certificate of approval issued.
• All hull valves below waterline replaced 2019.
• The blue strip on the hull repainted including new name-letters and HR-logo, 2024.

Machinery & Electric

• New engine and gearbox, Sole´Mini-44 installed 2018, only 520h. Additional fuel filter installed.
• Bow thruster was installed 2019, Sleipner, Side-Power SE80/185T 12V, 6 HP with separate battery, fixed control lever by the wheel plus remote control.
• Starter battery 95 Ah replaced 2023.
• Domestic gel-batteries in two banks in total 560 Ah
• Separate battery supplying bow thruster and windlass, 75 Ah.
• Solar-cell panel, new 2020
• CTEC Smartpass and CTEC D250Dual for optimal battery management, installed 2020.

Rig
• Rig-inspection carried out 2020, new shrouds installed according to inspection protocol.
