This CN Marine Dixie 27 is an 8.27 m sailing yacht with a 2.82 m beam and 1.55 m draft. Its accommodation comprises one cabin, three berths and one head. The galley is fitted with a gas stove, working fridge and sink with manual pumps, while the freshwater tank holds 100 litres.

Propulsion is provided by a Yanmar YSB8G single-cylinder inboard diesel rated at 5.98 kW (8 HP), paired with a folding propeller. The equipment list includes a clean, inspected fuel tank, 100 W solar panel and two new Varta batteries. Sailing and anchoring equipment includes the masthead sloop rig, original rigging, modern Barlow winches and a 20 kg Bruce anchor with 60 m of 6 mm chain.

Navigation equipment consists of electric and manual compasses, a depth sounder, Raymarine ST2000 autopilot and smartphone-based navigation. The main and genoa sails are rated 4/5, and the deck has been repainted with no osmosis detected. A bimini and sprayhood are included, along with a Zodiac inflatable tender and a working Yamaha outboard. Spring 2025 maintenance included two primer coats and three antifouling coats.
