A timber frame floor box constructed of pine beams 44x120mm, 18mm concrete plywood and 120mm pir insulation.

Timber frame walls constructed from pine beams 120x44mm, vapor tight and vapor open foil, 100mm pir insulation with 15mm poplar plywood on the inside and Vinylplus rebated round edge turner oak shadow on the outside.

Hardwood window frames with double glazing, SKG** hinges and locks, bluestone waterslides and ventilation grilles in black Ral9005.
