THE NORDIC NS 36 ECO 23 IS A VERY COZY COZY HOUSEBOAT WITH EXCELLENT SAILING CHARACTERISTICS AND VERY SUITABLE FOR 2 PEOPLE (PLUS 2). THE LUXURIOUS BATHROOM AND BEAUTIFUL FINISH OF THE BOAT MAKE THE OWNER IMMEDIATELY FALL IN LOVE WITH THIS BOAT. MOST THERE ARE TWO DEMO EXEMPLARES AVAILABLE FROM 2025, the other demo has a 30 HP engine instead of a 20 HP one. And with that boat, a roof deck was chosen. This boat does not. And the other (slightly more expensive) demo boat has a Hikvision security system chosen as an option.


Nordic Season offers several newly built 2025 demo boats. These fully equipped and well sailing and maintained DEMO boats, built in 2025, are located on a lake in Svencelé, Lithuania. The boats can stay in this beautiful tourist spot and be rented for you (with possibility of own use) or they can be delivered to your berth.

Nordic Season is a Finnish design and originated from two professional companies that together have more than 20 years of knowledge in building boats combined with the technology and experience in building houses. More pictures will be coming soon. But you can see on the advertisement of the newly built Nordic NS 36 ECO 23 to get an idea in advance.


The houseboats are developed according to Finnish standards. Sturdy, solid, good sailing and resistant to harsh winters. The Floats are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE),) with a notch at the bottom to provide more grip on the water while sailing. The frame is built of aluminum making the houseboat easy and light to sail. The side decks make boating a lot safer than standard houseboats of this size.

Through the use of natural materials and beautiful Finnish wood, this boat exudes a warmth and coziness that you won't find anywhere else.


The houseboats are built using sustainable materials such as Finnish thermowood. A non-toxic natural product that lasts a very long time thanks to the water-based impregnating agents and on which a long warranty is issued.


The NS 36-23 consists of a fully equipped kitchen/bedroom and bathroom.

In the standard version since 2023 is a strong aluminum frame with insulated windows, double and secure tinted glass. Sliding at the front near the terrace and sliding opposite the bed in the bedroom. Water supply system: 200 liter tank, level gauge, water level meter, hoses, air vent, water cover, water pump 24 V with expansion tank and standard possibility to connect the boat to mains water if available in the harbor.

Waste water system: waste water tank 240 liters, waste water level meter, vacuum drain system, hoses, installation/attachment materials.


Steering console (in the living module) with a hydraulic steering system, chosen option lacquered wood steering wheel, electric switch panel with identification labels for navigation lights, a compass, a 12-volt cigarette lighter socket, usb socket, a box for electrical fuses with a DIN rail and standard rear view monitor system with camera.


Electrical system: LED lighting with standard dimmers, in the living module and on the aft deck, switches, bedside lights by the bed, waterproof 230-volt shore power outlet, 230-volt outlets, a set of electrical fuses and a ground fault circuit interrupter, electrical wiring for 230-volt and 12-24-volt and standard stainless steel victron shore power outlet (16A/250VAC 2P/3W)
