BALT Sun Camper 31 Swiss Signature: Your floating home on Swiss lakes

Imagine this: you wake up, the morning sun streams through large panoramic windows, the water sparkles right in front of you. You are already there, where others still have to travel to. The Sun Camper 31 Swiss Signature turns this dream into your everyday life. As the further development of the proven and successful Sun Camper 30 and 35 models, it combines the comfort of a yacht with the efficiency and lightness of a modern houseboat.
Space that will surprise you
Step inside and you will sense it immediately: every centimetre here has been carefully thought through. The bright saloon with its large panoramic windows opens up the view onto the lake and shoreline, connecting the dining area, the fully equipped galley with stove and refrigerator, and the helm station into one inviting living space. Two enclosed cabins and a convertible dinette provide up to seven berths. Enough room for the whole family or a circle of friends setting out to discover new cruising grounds together. In the evening, the lowerable table transforms into an additional berth for two. The bathroom with WC, shower and modern ventilation delivers yacht-level comfort. Below deck, water tanks and batteries are easily accessible in the technical compartment.
Safe travels, even when conditions turn rough
The hull with its three longitudinal keels guarantees calm, true-tracking behaviour and protects the propeller and bottom from grounding contact. This means you can cruise with peace of mind even in shallow waters. The raised, scoop-shaped bow keeps you dry even in choppy conditions. The practical bow door with folding gangway makes landing on shallow shores or beaches effortless. Simply step out and explore the surroundings on foot or by bicycle.
Swim platform and walkaround: the boat lives outdoors
The extended stern platform with swim ladder is your private jetty: for swimming, sunbathing or for stowing bicycles and SUP boards. Thanks to the electrically raised centre section, the outboard can be fully tilted up — a practical detail for maintenance and shallow water. The walkaround layout allows you to move freely around the deck, while the seating and sun lounger at the bow invite you to linger.
Swiss Signature: the upgrade that makes the difference
The Swiss Signature equipment takes the Sun Camper 31 to a new level. Water heater and heating extend your season into autumn, the shower in the WC compartment provides full comfort, and the upgraded upholstery treats you to premium seating comfort. Bow thruster, stern thruster and spotlights turn manoeuvring into child's play, even after dark and in tight harbours. Solar panels ensure energy-self-sufficient days on the water. Plus: hardtop with two sliding hatches, hydraulic steering, windscreen wipers and 6 cleats. Everything you need for safe, carefree cruising.
Flexibly powered, from forceful to whisper-quiet
Whether a Mercury 100 PS EFI outboard for sporty rides, a Yamaha 115 PS for even more performance, a YANMAR 30 PS diesel inboard for quiet reliability or an electric version with 8 to 20 kW for emission-free gliding. You choose the drive that suits your life on the water. With Lake Constance certification (BSO2) up to 100 PS, all the major Swiss lakes are open to you.
Ready for any adventure
At just 3.00 metres wide and with a transport height of around 3.8 metres, the Sun Camper 31 can be transported on a truck trailer without an escort vehicle. Lake Lucerne today, Lake Geneva next week, the Mecklenburg Lake District in summer. You decide your own horizon.
