The Ferretti Altura 840 is constructed with a GRP hull, displacing 75 tonnes when fully loaded. Boarding is facilitated by a Besenzoni electro-hydraulic passarella with remote controls. The main deck presents an open-plan saloon that connects directly to the pilot house. This living area utilizes panoramic windows facing four directions to provide substantial natural light. A partially separated dining area and a main-deck galley complete the primary interior layout. The galley is fully equipped for extended use, featuring a Bosch combination microwave/convection oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a GE refrigerator and freezer unit. Side-deck doors are integrated into the design to allow efficient crew movement and line handling.

Below deck, the vessel accommodates up to eight guests across four en-suite cabins. The full-beam master suite is positioned aft and includes a transom window. Guest accommodations also include a forward VIP double cabin and two twin cabins. Dedicated crew quarters for four individuals are located forward of the engine room and divided across two cabins.
