This Hanse 445 is configured as an owner’s version with three cabins, including a spacious aft cabin with a king-size berth. The accommodation also includes two heads, a separate shower compartment, diesel heating, fixed cabin fans and generous refrigeration. A Zen watermaker produces 50 L/h, while the freshwater capacity is 420 L. The yacht is CE Category A (Ocean) certified, with an LOA of 13.52 m, a beam of 4.35 m and a draft of 2.10 m.

The electrical installation was renewed as part of the July 2025 refit. Equipment includes a Victron Quattro 5000 inverter/charger, Cerbo GX monitoring, a 600 Ah lithium service battery bank, 400 W of flexible solar panels and a Rutland 1200 wind generator. Navigation equipment comprises B&G chartplotters at the helm and navigation station, radar, AIS, autopilot, fixed and handheld VHF radios, plus wind and speed instruments.

Propulsion is by a 75 HP Volvo Penta D2-75 diesel engine with approximately 4,900 engine hours. The folding propeller has been serviced with new seals, the bow thruster has been serviced, and new anodes were fitted in 2025. The sailing inventory includes a new fully battened mainsail, a new self-tacking genoa, an additional overlapping genoa and a symmetrical headsail. The standing rigging was inspected, with two lower shrouds replaced and all rigging clamps renewed with W5 stainless steel fittings.

Deck equipment includes twin steering wheels, two electric winches, two manual winches, a 25 kg Delta anchor with 12 mm stainless steel chain, a new sprayhood and a new bimini. The hull was professionally repainted in original Hanse grey, with three coats of International Micron 350 antifouling applied in 2025. The listing states: UK VAT not paid.
