The floor is insulated with 24 cm of mineral wool. The interior walls are insulated with Gutex wood-fiber insulation for thermal and acoustic insulation.

The floor structure is fitted with a moisture-resistant panel and fully covered with 1.15 mm EPDM membrane.

The siding is Fiberdeck WE035 light gray. Composite and UV-resistant.
