The Bavaria Cruiser 44 offers a four-cabin layout with eight berths plus two additional places, along with two heads and showers. Accommodation includes a fully equipped galley, a large refrigerator with an additional small fridge, hot and cold water, and a saloon with interior work completed in 2021. The cockpit has cushions, a table, ambient LED lighting and teak decking.

Sailing equipment includes a 2023 Dacron furling mainsail and furling genoa, plus a 120 m² gennaker described as lightly used. The rig has Harken winches and received mast inspection and tuning in 2024; a sprayhood and bimini were added in 2023. Propulsion is by a Volvo Penta D2-55 diesel with Saildrive 130 and a three-blade Flex-o-Fold propeller.
