Notes
1962 Eugéne Cornu St. Yves, EUR 58,000
An elegant wooden classic by the renowned yacht designer Eugène Cornu.
Eugène Cornu designed iconic wooden boats and played a key role in popularising efficient, streamlined hull shapes in the post-war period. His designs (such as the Jalina or the smaller Beluga) are highly regarded in the classic regatta scene for their lines.
This French beauty, named Saint Yves, is a classic Bermuda sloop with the canoe stern typical of Cornu’s designs; similar in hull shape and dimensions to the Jalina, she has been measured in Germany as an 8KR yacht.
She is equipped for extensive cruising and, with a headroom of 195 cm, a spacious saloon, a separate wet room and up to five berths, offers everything needed for comfortable cruising.
