Keel & Construction:
The bottom structure consists of a solid, hot-dip galvanized steel frame securely bonded to the hull by heavy laminate. This structure absorbs the loads from the keel, rig and mast. The keel itself consists of a combination of iron and lead, providing a low centre of gravity with less overall weight. In addition, the keel is fully protected by a GRP coating.

3. Layout & Interior of the Yacht
Interior:
• Two cabins, one head, L-shaped galley and spacious saloon

Aft Cabin:
The aft cabin features a large double berth and a wardrobe with shelves and hanging rail. The hull sides are lined with white fabric.

Owner’s Cabin:
The owner’s cabin has a large double berth. Integrated into the modern design are two large wardrobes with shelves and hanging rails. Additional storage space is provided beneath the berths for bedding and other equipment. The hull sides are lined with white fabric.

Galley:
The L-shaped galley is located on the port side. A rectangular stainless-steel sink with mixer tap is integrated into the worktop. The specially shaped worktop is made of white vinylester gelcoat. A top-loading 115-litre refrigerator with heavy insulation and cooling unit is fitted. The gimballed gas stove has two burners and an oven. The 3 kg gas bottle is stored in the port cockpit locker.
Shelves, lockers and drawers provide ample storage space for provisions, dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc.

Head:
The head compartment features a manual marine toilet with water flush and a white moulded unit with integrated wash basin and mixer tap for hot and cold water, also suitable for showering. The compartment is equipped with towel rails and toilet paper holder. Mirrors are mounted on the locker doors. The floor drains into the bilge. A separate electric shower sump pump is installed.
A self-draining holding tank with level indicator and deck suction fitting is also installed.

4. Systems Installed on Board
Engine:
• YANMAR 3YM20C – 20 hp diesel engine mounted on rubber mounts with saildrive. The engine is fitted with a freshwater cooling system.
• 80-litre diesel tank with gauge, deck filler, water separator with filter and shut-off valve.

Gas & Water:
A pressurized hot and cold water system with a 200-litre freshwater tank and level indicator is installed. Mixer taps are fitted in the galley and head. The hot water tank (80°C) is heated either by the 230V immersion heater while connected to shore power or by the engine heat exchanger.

Electrical System:
12V DC system – X-Yachts main electrical panel with 21 automatic circuit breakers and three analogue gauges. One indicates the voltage of either the starter battery or service battery, while the other two display the fuel and water tank levels. A 12V outlet is located behind the electrical panel.

Batteries:
• 1 x 12V 115 Ah gel service battery
• 1 x 12V 55 Ah Spiral-Cell engine battery
The Mastervolt IVO Chargemaster 12/35 battery charger and immersion heater are connected to and controlled from the distribution panel.

230V AC Shore Power System:
The shore power installation consists of a 10-amp shore power inlet in the cockpit for the shore cable. The 10-amp breaker box is located in the aft cockpit locker. A 230V AC distribution panel with breakers and a 230V outlet is located at the navigation station.

Lighting
Below Deck:
Halogen lights are installed throughout the cabins for general illumination and reading. An additional light is mounted at the chart table.
