The boat is located in Estonia, in the Port of Rohuküla and the marina fee is included in the price til the end of the season.
I am the second owner of this boat and purchased her in 2022. The boat was out of the water from the autumn of 2022 til the spring of 2025, and during this time, the boat received quite a lot of care. For the 2025 and 2026 seasons, the boat has been back in the water.
The major jobs include:
- complete sanding of the old antifouling and applying an epoxy primer with a new layer of hard antifouling (Hempel´s Light Primer and Blake´s Cruising copper antifouling)
- the deck was repainted with an antislip paint (sand-based rough paint in the bow and mast areas, and Hempel`s glass bead antislip in the cockpit for more comfort barefoot)
- new Sikaflex applied to the windows and required areas
- new electrical junction boxes, lights, ventilation and batteries together with a charger and inverter
- 300W of solar panels installed (attached to the railing in the aft and can be rotated as needed)
- new sprayhood sewn
- new tables in the cockpit
- mainsail renewed and checked by a sailmaker
- new cushions and carpets in the saloon
- new diesel heater installed
- probably loads more that I can´t remember right now
The boat itself is very lively to sail and is fast. Can be single-handed easily, as all the lines lead to the cockpit. What also makes this boat special, are the water and lead ballasts. There are two 650-litre ballast tanks on either side, and a movable 400kg lead ballast. In addition to that, you have a lifting keel, which increases the draft up to approximately 3.5 meters. The water ballast can also be moved between the tanks.
The engine has been maintained every year (all filters and fluids) and is in good working order. New saildrive anode installed in the spring of 2026.
